Planted in 1973 near the Laguna de Santa Rosa, Lorenzo Vineyard is among the oldest Chardonnay vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Now in its 51st year, this cherished site is meticulously farmed by the Bazzano family, whose generational care shows in every cluster.
Anchored in Wright loam soils, the vineyard produces fruit with structure, lift, and signature Russian River brightness. The clone is Old Wente, celebrated for its texture and aromatic complexity. Lorenzo has long been known for producing world-class Chardonnay, and it remains one of the region’s most respected single-vineyard expressions.
