Grown in volcanic loam with cool coastal air drifting in through the valley corridor, the fruit achieves full phenolic ripeness while retaining vibrant acidity. The wine is fermented and aged 11 months in 40% new French oak, building layered structure without overt weight. Aromas of lemon oil, green pear, and crushed stone lead to a palate that’s taut, mineral-driven, and long on the finish—a Chardonnay of quiet confidence and natural precision.
